AUGMENTED EMPIRE

Augmented Empire is a Narrative based tactical RPG. Throughout its development, I worked as a Designer where I was responsible for designing environment layouts, missions, creating level blockouts that would support combat scenarios, setting up enemy encounters and environmental interactions. This project required a lot of mission/level scripting (C#) which proved to be both challenging and a great learning experience that furthered my understanding of mission/level scripting. I also contributed towards combat design and level balancing helping to ensure each characters level and ability progression scaled with the game.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Set up mission environments 

  • Created mission logic that executed gameplay and narrative intentions

  • Implemented  cutscenes using a timeline editor 

  • Combat balancing

  • level progression scripting (c#)
